The driver was interviewed. The officer requested the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to provide a breath sample. The driver's license was suspended and the driver was issued a citation before being transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
