The officer met with University Housing staff already at the scene. The officer then located the subject apartment and made contact with the occupants. The occupants were interviewed and revealed the possession of alcohol, marijuana and paraphernalia. The contraband was seized. The residents were issued citations and released, the non resident was issued a trespass notice and required to leave the property. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
