The officer interviewed the driver and requested that they attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able successfully complete all the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility under the Zero Tolerence Law. The driver refused to submit a sample. The driver was transported to their residence. |
