The officer interviewed the victim who described the actions of the subject and identified the subject. During the interview a second victim came to the CCU DPS office and was also interviewed. The second victim also described the actions of and identified the same subject. The two subjects submitted written statements and the subject was contacted and asked to cease any further contact in the presence of the officer. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
