The complainant described the missing property and the circumstances of the incident. The complainant was able to provide a general description of the two subjects. A video review of the area revealed more information. one subject was identified and located. The subject was then interviewed and acknowledged their participation in the incident. The subject was served with a warrant and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The second subject is still being sought. This incident continues to be investigated. |
