The officers met with the complainant who described the activity and the subjects. The officers were able to observe paraphernalia in the vehicle. The officers then located and interviewed the subjects at a nearby apartment. The subjects admitted to smoking marijuana in the vehicle. University Housing staff were requested and responded. The subjects consented to a search and during the search marijuana, paraphernalia and alcohol were discovered. A third subject was discovered during the search. All three subjects were issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The contraband was seized. |
