The victim described the missing property and the circumstances of the incident. A video review of the area revealed more thefts that have not yet been reported and two possible subjects and a witness. University Housing staff were contacted and advised of the incident. The witness was located and interviewed. After interviewing the witness one of the subjects was located and interviewed. The subject admitted to taking the bicycles. The bicycles were located in the subject's apartment and seized. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center where warrants were later served. The second subject was later identified and interviewed. This incident continues to be investigated. |
