The driver was interviewed and as requested attempted SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The vehicle was towed. The driver submitted a breath sample that showed they were not over the legal limit. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
