The driver was interviewed and agreed to attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver submitted a breath sample that did not confirm that they were over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was released to a sober, licensed driver. |
