The driver was interviewed and the officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver provided a breath sample that confirmed they were over the legal limit. The subject was issued citaitons and transported to the Horry County Detention Center.
While the driver was being interviewed a passenger became unruly and aggressive towards the officers at the scene. The passenger was restrained and taken into custody. The passenger was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
