The officer interviewed the driver and requested that they attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver submitted a breath sample that confirmed they were over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
