The officer met with University Housing staff at the scene. The officer observed a crowd in the hallway but could not identify any emergency. While in the hallway the officer observed the subject acting suspiciously and interviewed the subject. During the interview the subject was determined to be underage and in possession of alcohol. The subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The alcohol was destroyed. |
