The officer observed the odor of marijuana at the subject apartment and made contact with the occupants. University Housing staff were requested and responded. The occupants were interviewed. One of the residents admitted to using and possessing marijuana. The subject consented to a search of their bedroom. During the search marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered. The subject was issued a citation and released. The contraband was seized. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
