The officer interviewed the two complainants. Who claimed the collision had occurred in the parking lot. A lack of physical evidence at the scene and video review of the area determined that the collision had not taken place in the parking lot. Confronted with this evidence the two complainants changed their story. The complainants said the collision occurred at the Cook-out restaurant. The complainants were advised to contact HCPD about a report. |
