The HCPD officer located and stopped the vehicle. While interviewing the driver the CCU DPS officer observed that the driver may have been using alcohol and asked the driver to attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver submitted a breath sample that confirmed they wee over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
