The officer located and interviewed two subjects in the apartment. The subjects admitted to having smoked marijuana. University Housing staff were requested and responded. A consent search of the bedroom revealed marijuana and paraphernalia. One of the subjects was determined by the officer to have an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction. This subject also admitted to possessing the marijuana and paraphernalia. This subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The second subject was referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
