The driver was interviewed and admitted to not having a driver's license. The officer observed that the driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver submitted a breath sample that confirmed they were over the legal limit. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
