The driver was interviewed and the officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the tests. The driver became disorderly and was taken into custody. The driver was transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to give a breath sample. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
