Officers met with University Housing staff already at the scene. The officers located the subject apartment and interviewed the occupants. One of the occupants (a non-resident) admitted to smoking a cigarette. The resident informed the subject of University rules after observing the subject smoking. The officers also advised the subject of the University policy before leaving the apartment. No charges in this incident. |
