The officers located the vehicle an attempted to communicate with the subject. While attempting to communicate with the subject the officers observed alcohol in the vehicle. The subject regained consciousness and was disorderly with the officers. The subject was taken into custody, issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The contraband was seized for destruction. |
