The officer met with University Housing staff already at the scene. The officer interviewed the staff members at the scene. The staff members reported that they had been conducting health and safety checks when they observed the odor of marijuana and requested CCU DPS. The officer then interviewed the residents and one of the residents admitted to possessing marijuana and paraphernalia. The contraband was seized. The resident was issued citations and released. |
