The officer located and interviewed the victim who described the missing property and the subject involved in the incident. The victim had observed the subject run into the University Place complex with their property. A video review of the area corroborated the victim's account of the incident. The victim was able to confirm the subject in the video was same the same person they identified. The subject was located and interviewed. During the interview the subject admitted to taking the victim's property. The property was recovered from the subject. Warrants will be sought in this incident. This incident continues to be investigated. |
