The officer stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed. During the interview the officer observed an open container of alcohol in the vehicle and clues that there may be other drugs present. The subject was taken into custody for the vandalism the officer observed. During an inventory of the vehicle marijuana, paraphernalia and a syringe containing what the driver claimed were steroids were discovered. The driver was issued citations transported to the Horry County Detention Center. A warrant will be sought on further charges. The contraband was seized and the vehicle was towed.
03/30/15 A warrant for possession of steroids was sought and issued. The warrant was served on the subject at the Horry County Detention Center. |
