Time: | 2155 | Officer: | Kessler | Type: | Suspicious activity - possession of marijuana | Location: | 100 Gary Lake Blvd. | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DSP officer observed the subject vehicle parked at the Waccamaw National Wildlife Refuge after dark and stopped to investigate. While approaching the vehicle to officer observed the odor of marijuana. The officer interviewed the occupants of the vehicle. One of the occupants admitted possessing marijuana and produced it for the officer. The contraband was seized and the subject was issued a citation and released. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
