The victim was interviewed and described the circumstances of the incident which took place in the men's room at Hicks Dining Hall. The incident has already been reported to the victim's supervisor and to the Title IX coordinator. During the interview the victim stated that the subject entered and used the restroom while the victim was in the restroom cleaning. The officer located and interviewed the subject on 04/01/2015. The subject described essentially the same information as the victim. The investigation determined there was no criminal intent on the part of the subject and no evidence to support a criminal charge. |
