The subject was located nearby a short time later and approached by CCU DPS officers. The officers were able to observe the subject standing in public shouting profanities as they approached. The officers attempted to interview the subject who refused to cooperate and continued to shout profanities. The subject was taken into custody and resisted the officers attempts to control them physically. After being handcuffed the subject was transported back to the Coop and identified by the victims. The subject was issued a trespass notice by CPD and issued a citation for disorderly conduct by CCU DPS. The subject was transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
