Time: | 0300 | Officer: | Burke | Type: | Underage possession of alcohol, trespass warning | Location: | 140 Twonship Circle | Description: | CCU DPS officers responded to the parking lot near 140 Township Circle in reference to a report of aloud gathering of people. The officers located and interviewed several people at the scene. One subject was observed with a small cut on their head. This subject was interviewed and it was determined through an investigation that they had been injured in an accident that occurred in one of the apartments. The occupants of the apartment were interviewed and corroborated the subjects statement. The four occupants of the apartment were all determined to be underage and in possession of alcohol. The four subjects were issued citations and released. Two of the subjects were determined to not be students and were issued trespass notices and escorted from the property. University Housing staff were requested and responded during the investigation. |
