The driver was interviewed and admitted to consuming alcohol during the interview. The officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The breath test confirmed that the subject was over the limit for zero tolerance. The driver's driving privileges are suspended pending a DMV hearing. The driver was transported back to their residence and issued a warning for speeding. |
