The officers were able to observe loud noise as they approached the residence. The officers met with a resident and advised them to keep the volume down. Later the same night officers responded to the same location in reference to another complaint of loud noise. The officers again spoke with the resident who was advised to have all non-residents leave the premise. The resident did not comply and officers located them and issued them a citation. The non-residents were required to leave the residence. |
