The officer located the subject vehicle and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed. In response to clues observed during the interview the officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver's breath sample confirmed that they were over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
