When the officer arrived they observed two subjects leaving the area and stopped them to investigate. The two subjects informed the officer that the fight had broken up but that another subject was attempting to break into cars. The officer observed no fight so they attempted to locate the subject breaking into cars. The officer observed a subject with a baseball bat next to a vehicle and stopped the subject to investigate. The subject was ordered to drop the bat and complied. the subject was then taken into custody and interviewed. The subject was observed to be having difficulty with speech and with balance. The subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
