University Housing staff were requested and responded. An additional officer was requested and responded. The officers met with University Housing staff at the scene and made contact with the occupants of the apartment. The occupants were interviewed. The occupants stated that two additional subjects had left the apartment just prior to the officers arriving. One of the residents admitted to possibly possessing contraband and gave consent for a search. the search revealed paraphernalia. A second subject was identified as a student but not a resident of the apartment. the resident was issued a citation and released. The non-resident was issued a trespass notice and released. The contraband was seized. |
