The complainant was interviewed and described the circumstances of the incident and the bicycle. The bicycle is the property of the University and was in the control of the complainant at the time of the theft. The bicycle was taken from near Elm Hall. A description of the bicycle was distributed to all CCU DPS officers. This incident continues to be investigated. 08/21/2015 While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed the missing property in a ditch. the property was recovered and returned to the University. |
