Time: | 1330 | Officer: | Pellerin | Type: | Possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia | Location: | Township Circle | Description: | While observing activity at the footbridge on Township Circle CCU DPS officers observed the three subjects presenting clues of possible drug use and stopped them to investigate. The subjects were interviewed. The subjects consented to a search and one admitted to possessing marijuana. Contraband was found only in the possession of the subject who admitted having marijuana. The one subject was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
