The officer located the subject vehicle nearby a short time later and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed open containers of alcohol in the vehicle. The driver was not able to produce a driver's license. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
