The driver was interviewed. During the interview the officer observed clues of alcohol use. The officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody. During a search marijuana was discovered. The driver was transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a sample. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
