The officer met with University Housing staff at the scene. The officer found no evidence of drug use. As the officer was leaving the scene the office observed loud noise at an apartment and stopped to investigate. University Housing staff went with the officer. The officer and the staff members made contact with the occupants of the apartment. During the interview alcohol was observed in plain sight in the apartment. Four subjects were issued citations and released at the scene. Three other subjects were referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. The alcohol was destroyed. |
