The officer met with University Housing staff at the scene. The officer was able to observe the odor of marijuana outside the apartment as they approached. The officer and staff members made contact with the occupant of the apartment and interviewed them. The subject admitted to possessing marijuana. During a search alcohol was discovered. The contraband was seized. The subject was issued a citation and released. |
