The victim was interviewed and described the events and the circumstances of the incident. The victim was able to identify the two subjects. The two subjects and witnesses were located and interviewed. Video of the incident was obtained and reviewed. The video and other evidence revealed willing participation on the part of the victim. Due to the evidence obtained this case has been administratively closed. The report on this case was held to allow for a proper investigation. |
