One of the officers had observed the subject attempt to steal the bicycle. The subject was interviewed and admitted to attempting to steal the bicycle as well as to being underage an in possession of alcohol. The subject was taken into custody issued citations, and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The bike was returned to the bike rack. |
