The fight was over and one subject had fled when officers arrived. The officers interviewed the victim, witnesses and one subject at the scene. EMS and University Housing staff were requested and responded. The victim wished to prosecute one of the two subjects. The subject on the scene was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The second subject is being sought. This incident continues to be investigated. |
