The officer stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed. During the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana and asked the driver about it. the driver provided the officer with a marijuana cigarette. A search did not reveal any further contraband. The subject was issued citations and released. The contraband was seized. |
