Officers met with University Housing staff at the scene and made contact with the occupants of the apartment. While in the apartment the officers observed a subject who was breathing but unresponsive. EMS was requested and responded.The subject became responsive but was confused. The subject was issued a citation before being transported by EMS to the Conway Medical Center. |
