They stopped the vehicle to investigate. The occupants were interviewed and during the interview the officers observed the odor of marijuana. The driver gave permission for a search of the vehicle. During the search marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered. The passenger also consented to a search and was found to be in possession of paraphernalia. The contraband was seized and both subjects were issued citations before being released. |
