The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. The driver admitted to possessing marijuana. During a search of the vehicle marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered. The driver was taken into custody, issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. A warrant will be sought for a further charge. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver. |
