Time: | 0306 | Officer: | Sarvis | Type: | Suspicious activity - underage possession of alcohol | Location: | 980 Residence Blvd. | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed the subjects smoking on campus near an improperly parked vehicle and stopped to investigate. the two subjects were interviewed and during the interview the officer observed alcohol in the vehicle. The contraband was seized. The subjects were issued citations before being released. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
