The officer interviewed the victim who the damage to the motorcycle and the circumstances of the incident. The officer was able to observe the damage to the motorcycle. A video review revealed a possible subject vehicle and subjects. The vehicle and the three subjects were located and interviewed. The subjects agreed to pay for the damages. No malicious intent was found. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
