The victim and subject had an earlier incident that did include instructions to the subject to not contact the victim. The victim came to the CCU DPS office to be interviewed on 07/13/16. The victim related the instances of communication and contact with the subject. The subject has not been located for an interview at this time. This incident continues to be investigated. |
