The victim was interviewed and described the actions of the subject as well as identifying the subject. The subject has been told on several occasions by the victim that the victim does not want to communicate with the subject. A no contact order will be sought. On 09/25/16 the subject again tried to contact the victim. CCU DPS officers located and advised the subject in person to stop attempting to contact the victim. The subject agreed. |
