The officer interviewed the victim who described being assaulted by the two subjects at an off campus apartment. Because the incident took place in Conway CPD was requested and responded. CPD will be handling the incident.
Later the same day while escorting the victim to the residence to collect their belongings CCU DPS officers located and arrested on warrants from CPD the two subjects. One of the subjects resisted the officers during the arrest. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
